Good Things Come in Threes

Things as they stand so far:

1. The house has passed septic and radon inspection.
2. The sellers have agreed to fix the electrical wiring mistakes caught by the home inspector prior to closing.
3. The sellers have also agreed to a slightly earlier closing date of July 13th, which gives us a whole extra weekend to move!

Huzzah!  Now we're just waiting on the bank appraisal, basically.
